This session will provide an overview and demonstration of the TASM portlets and TASM feature functionalities, focusing primarily on the new features introduced in Teradata 14.0 SLES 10 and SLES 11.
It will demonstrate how to use the Workload Designer portlet to configure TASM rule sets that exercise these features. It will also highlight where these features are available in the Workload Monitor portlet while monitoring workloads on a Teradata system. This session will cover in depth the TASM portlet changes that support the new workload management methods introduced in Teradata 14.0 SLES 11.
